Name changes in the fashion business

MICHAEL KORS group has a new name: CAPRI HOLDINGS LIMITED, with three emblematic brands.

After reporting the definitive acquisition of VERSACE, one of the main global luxury brands of fashion, of Italian origin, for US $ 2,100 million, the executives of CAPRI HOLDINGS LIMITED confirmed that they will continue to operate on the New York Stock Exchange with the acronym CPRI.
The powerful Manhattan-based company currently has three major international fashion brands: MICHAEL KORS, JIMMY CHOO and VERSACE, with which it has developed an ambitious expansion plan in different regions of the world, especially Asia, where the projections throw very good forecasts.
