WOLVERINE sold KEDS
In early 2023, WOLVERINE sold KEDS to DESIGNER BRANDS. The transaction includes the Keds and Pro-Keds offerings, as well as their e-commerce operations.
Furthermore, starting from July 1st, the exclusive licenses for HUSH PUPPIES in the United States and Canada would be acquired, as reported by FDRA.
The addition of KEDS allows Designer Brands to expand its footwear offerings into the sports and casual categories, while also including children's footwear in its business.
