The first releases of sneakers for Spring-Summer clearly point to an upcoming trend. Brands, runway shows, and product launches are all embracing the sneaker concept that continues to gain followers every day, based on three key factors: comfort, versatility, and fashion.
And it is in this last aspect where designers and creatives work tirelessly to develop the best models that captivate users. The aesthetic takes on a decidedly retro character, inspired by vintage sneaker designs, featuring simple soles with limited volume, paired with very basic uppers with minimal stitching and pieces. The revival of those old-school sports sneakers! Remember them?
What’s new and allowed is the use of color, with the addition of new shades and combinations alongside the traditional tones, resulting in a more emotional and expressive approach to color.
