MAIN GROUP acquired TECHNETRONIC, leader in automation and robotics

It was informed by the directors of MAIN GROUP TECHNOLOGIES, the historic Venetian company, leader in the global market of machines and systems for the production of footwear and components, belonging to the ATOM industrial group based in Vigevano with a long experience in the international market.

MAIN GROUP acquired 100% of the shares of TECHNETRONIC of Padova directly from its founders: Oscar, Ivano and Leonardo Zanella, who will continue in charge of the company, with the support of the new directorate. They will continue to assume various responsibilities in the areas of innovation, robotics and automation, and their results will be applied to the technology production of MAIN GROUP and ATOM.
