The international footwear fair that takes place annually in São Paulo, Brazil, will be held in person at the EXPO CENTER NORTE venue from March 1st to 3rd, 2021.
The official COUROMODA statement states “that based on the new restrictions imposed by government spheres to stop the recrudescence of the Covid-19 pandemic, the fair organization postpones its live edition, scheduled for January 2021, to the month of March 2021, between days 1st and 3rd”.
"The postponement seeks to preserve health security and the realization of business, since in January, the capital -São Paulo- may be under the effect of some restrictive measure".
"With this, COUROMODA of March will be a multi-season fair, which will feature the main players of the shoe complex, all focused on making purchases effective, and more relaxed in regard to sanitary protocols".
"With the start of vaccination scheduled for January, São Paulo and Brazil must accelerate the return to normality and the resumption of economic activities".
"This new scenario, optimistic and promising, will be the backdrop for COUROMODA 2021 in March, which will mark the return to growth of the sector and the national economy".
