EXPO RIVA SCHUH and GARDABAGS once again analyze the most urgent and current issues in the footwear and accessories sector, with a focus on the world of retail and changes in shopping habits.
This is the theme of "2020 retail update, new formats and spaces", the second of the live talks in the #PLAYfashion series, the space that supports and strengthens the exhibition organized by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi.
A debate scheduled for Tuesday, 29th September at 2:00 p.m. (CEST), which will be attended by Maria Eugenia Errobidarte, senior consultant at WGSN Mindset, and Enrico Cietta, economist and CEO of Diomedea: two experts of the sector who will have the task of analyzing the current scenario and the future prospects of the retail sector. In fact, the pandemic has radically transformed consumer habits and experiences, and retailers are now developing new strategies to cope with these epochal changes.
The role of e-commerce and social media, the interaction between the physical store and the virtual space, the greater importance of spaces outside the store: the shopping experience is constantly evolving and retailers around the world are looking for new ways to interact with consumers. The objective of the live talk will be precisely to deepen the strategies of retailers, and propose renewed commercial experiences in the different distribution channels, physical and virtual.
The talk will be broadcast live, in Italian and English, being an important training and updating opportunity for companies, buyers, representatives of organizations and associations in the sector, operators and journalists.
