"Ten governmental institutional delegations attended, from India, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Indonesia, Côte d'Ivoire, Hong Kong, Italy, and the Chinese regions of Sichuan and Wenzhou. Throughout this edition, the innovative Market Focus initiative was launched, which aims to hold meetings between exhibitors and buyers to promote the generation of contacts and information.

Among the exhibitors, the Latin American presence was represented by a Chilean company and 57 Brazilian brands, the latter country registering a record participation.
In this regard, Aline Maldaner -ABICALÇADOS Relations Analyst- stated: "We know that, historically, we have been more successful in the summer editions of the fair due to our type of product, but we were able to observe results very close to those of the June 2022 edition (summer), which left most of the exhibitors very satisfied with their participation in the event, some even speak of better results than expected".
Thanks to the support of BRAZILIAN FOOTWEAR, the firms project business worth US$ 32. 2 million, for the sale of 2. 1 million pairs, the industrial entity reported.
Added to the exhibition offer were the novelties presented at the Innovation Village Retail, by various start-ups, as reported by EXPO RIVA SCHUH.
