The International Fair of Footwear, Materials and Components of Ecuador -FICCE- was held virtually, between Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th, Wednesday 28th, Thursday 29th and Friday 30th October 2020, being organized by the National Footwear Chamber -CALTU-.
The event was attended by more than 80 local exhibiting companies and from other Latin American countries, from the Footwear, Tanneries, Machinery, Supplies and Services sectors.
The platform offered virtual stands, which had spaces dedicated to product catalogs, company descriptions and videos. In addition, the virtual fair was made up of a Directory of Exhibitors, a meeting space between exhibitors and visitors, and a Networking Room, as reported by the organization of FICCE VIRTUAL 2020.
Through this event, exhibitors had the opportunity to interact with national and foreign visitors, with a significant reduction in costs per participation.
Thanks to the marketing strategies applied, the exhibitors accessed a higher brand positioning and their proposals were visible 24 hours a day.
Other activities of interest
Various online lectures were added to the exhibition offer, which could be accessed at no cost. The topics addressed included lectures on economics, fashion trends, innovation and technology, sustainability and design, brand management and internationalization of SMEs. All of them, in charge of renowned Ecuadorian and foreign professionals.
