The International Exhibition of Leather, Components and Machinery for Footwear and Leather Goods is already prepared to celebrate its 46th edition, on October 20 and 21, at the IFA site in Elche, Alicante. To date, it has the participation of 206 exhibitors from the sector at an international level, a figure that may be increased at the beginning of the fair.
The Spanish Association of Footwear Component Companies (AEC), organizer of the fair, has everything planned to make the October edition a success.

During October 20 and 21, FUTURMODA will reconnect the sector with fashion, as it expects to receive a significant influx of professional public. This is stated by the exhibiting companies that have confirmed their participation in the fair, from Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Austria and Romania, which aspire to obtain very good results, given that the sector begins to reactivate at the European level and in the fair circuit already breathes a fair atmosphere.
In this new edition, the exhibiting companies will present a wide range of innovative products based on recent fashion trends for the Autumn Winter 2022-2023 season. In addition to lasts, insoles, soles, prefabricated and heels, ornaments and components, leathers, fabrics and synthetics, technology, graphic arts and packaging, raw materials, chemical products and technical materials, among many others, you will also see a wide range of products sustainable and ecological.
In this 46th edition, FUTURMODA will have the participation of technology companies that are playing a key role in the development and productive evolution of industrial companies. The latest disruptive innovations that compete with traditional technologies, which have burst into the sector with force, providing more efficient and sustainable solutions to the industry, are being decisive for the sector to reactivate. In this sense, machinery companies are betting even more on investments in the development of more efficient and sustainable technological solutions and tools to help relaunch the sector, providing greater productivity and profitability to industrial companies.
Also in FUTURMODA it will be shown how the industry has evolved in the last two years towards digitization, personalization and sustainability, which affects a new production model generated by the need to compete in an increasingly complex world.
