ANOTHER CONFIRMATION. MICAM will be in September with the Spring-Summer 2021 season

In Milan, the largest international footwear fair will exhibit new collections of local and foreign brands.

The continuity of MICAM presents a valuable opportunity for recovery for the Italian and international footwear industry.

The 90th edition of the Italian shoe fair will take place between Sunday 20, Monday 21, Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 September 2020 at the exhibition center Fiera Milano Rho in Milan, Italy. The event, organized by ASSOCALZATURIFICI, the Italian association of footwear manufacturers, will present the collections for the Spring/Summer 2021 season.

This edition of MICAM Milano, in addition to proposing itself as a fashion and business space, will also be a meeting point to develop the sector as a whole, in addition to collaborating to carry out the challenges of the market, which manufacturers and distributors must go through.

Thus, in September the staging of the second chapter of MICAM IN WONDERLAND will take place, with various actions that will be announced in the coming weeks.

Maximum security conditions

Similarly, the global health crisis and the impact on the economy will be taken into account at the time of the fair. To this end, the organization of the event will take all necessary health measures and will comply with the corresponding protocols to guarantee the safety of the participants.

MICAM MILANO will be offered as a platform that enables the sector to restart and recover, in which local and foreign firms from numerous countries will be represented.

A fair with international call

In each edition, the exhibition gathers around 1,200 signatures, which exhibit a volume greater than 1,700 shoe collections in approximately 60 thousand square meters of exhibition space. More than 30 countries participate through foreign exhibitors, who are around 47% of the total.

About 45 thousand people attend each version of the show, where 130 nations are represented, as reported from the organization of the event.

MICAM MILANO is structured in five main segments: Luxury, Cosmopolitan, Contemporary, Everyday and IKids, added to various parallel activities.
