Positive evolution of footwear exports
In the first eleven months of 2021, foreign sales of Brazilian footwear totaled 110.7 million pairs, while business was US$ 805.6 million. Compared to the same period in 2020, the volume grew by 31.1%, and the value increased by 34.6%, according to SECEX data reported by ABICALÇADOS.
In turn, in relation to January-November 2019, the number of pairs increased by 5.6%, but the value fell by 9.6%.
